Region
This Indonesian coffee is grown on an island of Celebes, otherwise known as Sulawesi, is in close proximity to the island of Java. This island, the second largest island in Indonesia, boasts rich volcanic soil, and an abundance of rainfall which makes for a superb growing region. On the high peaks of the Toraja region, this rare coffee is carefully cultivated by both small farmers and is also estate grown.
